1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bhoomiai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bhoomiai provides AI-powered real estate intelligence for the India, including property transaction data, price predictions, market analytics, and investment advisory tools. The Service is available through web and mobile interfaces.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One person per account; account sharing is prohibited

4. Subscription Plans

• Free plan: Limited features with delayed data access
• Paid plans (Pro, Dealer, Enterprise): Enhanced features as described on our pricing page
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay
• All paid plans include a 7-day free trial

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: While we source data from official government records (IGRS, RERA), we do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data. AI predictions are statistical estimates with published confidence intervals and should not be the sole basis for investment decisions. Bhoomiai is not a registered investment advisor.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or automated bulk-download data from the platform
• Redistribute or resell Bhoomiai data without an Enterprise API license
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Circumvent rate limits or access controls

7. Intellectual Property

All content, AI models, analytics, and the Bhoomiai platform are owned by Bhoomiai. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your personal or business purposes as permitted by your subscription plan.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bhoomiai shall not be liable for any investment decisions made based on data or predictions provided by the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
