1. Free Trial
All paid plans (Pro, Dealer, Enterprise) include a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start a trial. You will not be charged during the trial period.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation:
- Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your account will revert to the Free plan
- Your data (portfolio, alerts, settings) will be preserved
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first payment: Full refund, no questions asked
- Service unavailability: Pro-rated refund for documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours
- Billing errors: Full refund for duplicate charges or incorrect amounts
4. Non-Refundable
- Partial month/year usage after the 7-day refund window
- NRI service orders once work has commenced
- Enterprise API usage charges
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the refund. We process refunds within 5-7 business days through the original payment method (Razorpay).
6. NRI Services
NRI property services (Health Check, Buy Assist, Rent Management, Tax Compliance) are subject to separate cancellation terms:
- Full refund if cancelled before work begins
- 50% refund if cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation
- No refund once field work or document processing has commenced
